FC Barcelona, the world’s most notorious team

Manchester United has ceased to be the leading team in broadcast coverage and handed its place to Barcelona’s team FC Barcelona. The main reasons for this increase in popularity come about with the recruitment of Henry, Messi’s definitive reputation and the emergence of Bojan.
The ranking places Manchester United in second place, followed by AC Milan, Chelsea and Real Madrid. The latter has been moved to the fifth place after the sale of its most notorious players such as Beckham, Zidane, Ronaldo…
The players ranking is led by Cristiano Ronaldo followed by Ronaldinho and Messi, moving from 12th place to the 3rd. Amongst the first 20, the presence of the Spanish players stands out: Raúl, Fernando Torres, and Cesc Fábregas.
The Price paid by some businesses to sponsor the Bundesliga Clubs is superior to their real value. For example, Gazprom paid 20 million Euros to sponsor Schalke 04. Wolfsburg, on their part, received the same amount from Volkswagen.
Italy, France and Germany’s competitions receive television income remarkably superior to their media value, compared to the Spanish or English League.
