Huelva sunsetsFirst groups of 186 Senegalese temporary workers have arrived in Spain - 744 more are expected to join them soon. These temporary workers are employed in the strawberry fields of Huelva for a period of 3 months and receive 36 Euros a day.
Most of these are women between 18 and 40 years of age, and have been chosen from thousands of candidates who expected to benefit from this hire program, launched as an alternative to illegal immigration. Read more »
